Submit Homecoming/alumni e-mail requests
Donor and Information Services and the Alumni Relations office have partnered to provide a streamlined process for university units to submit their alumni e-mail requests for Homecoming activities.
Requests should be submitted through the online form by September 10. Requests after this date may not be honored.
Events submitted will benefit from marketing through the following vehicles:
The need to streamline electronic communications to alumni has become essential due to technical limitations by e-mail service providers. In addition, this process will ensure that your unit’s information will appear in the full listing of Homecoming events.

Faculty/Staff Appreciation Luncheon
Wednesday, October 13
11 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. (Buffet lines open)

President and Mrs. Bowman invite you to join your campus colleagues for a special Homecoming celebration just for you. The buffet lines are open to accommodate those who are only able to enjoy a quick lunch. A performance by the Acafellaz, Illinois State’s own male student a cappella group will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
The program, featuring remarks by President Al Bowman, introduction of the Civil Service and A/P councils scholarship recipients, and the announcement of the Campus Decorating Contest winners will begin at 12 noon. RSVP at IllinoisState.edu/faculty-staff or by calling 438-2592. Reservation deadline is October 4.
Campus Decorating Contest
The Alumni Association sponsors the annual Campus Decorating Contest. Applications are available and due on October 1. Judging will occur on Friday, October 8.
